![]() ![]() Tokyo Disney Sea is exactly in the middle of the list, making it the "average" Disney park (and that's very far from being true in real life, of course!).The Magic Kingdom in Florida is 57 acres bigger than the original Disneyland Park in California.Disney's Hollywood Studios is 12 acres bigger than the Magic Kingdom.Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland Park Paris have almost exactly the same acreage.The two smallest Disney theme parks in the world (Disney California Adventure and Hong Kong Disneyland) are currently the ones receiving the most attention.The biggest Disney theme park in the world (Disney's Animal Kingdom) is also the one with the least amount of rides (not counting animal exhibits or shows).The Walt Disney World Resort contains the four biggest Disney Parks ever built (Shanghai Disneyland's acreage is still unknown at this time, as the park is still under construction).Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure opens in October at EPCOT. What’s new: Star Wars – Galaxy’s Edge opened in 2019 and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway opened in 2020 at DIsney’s Hollywood Studios. Parades, nighttime spectaculars and character greetings have been suspended and in-park playgrounds are closed. Fastpass+ service is suspended. The Hall of Presidents, People Mover and Walt Disney Railroad are closed for refurbishment.ĬOVID restrictions: Capacity is limited, so guests must make a park reservation in advance. All guests age 2 and over must wear face coverings in all public areas, except when swimming or seated while dining. Temperatures are checked at the gate. The Typhoon Lagoon water park remains closed. Only guests with reservations can join the virtual queue for the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance ride. How much is open? All four parks, plus the Blizzard Beach water park, are now open.
